You are living the life you used to pray for.

Live it fearlessly. Live your best life.

No matter what.

If you find yourself constantly trying to prove your worth to someone, You have already forgotten your value.

Once we choose #HOPE everything is Possible.

Time ... has a Wonderful way of showing us what really Matters.

Be Real...

They say that in order for you to know which one is a fake, you shouldn't study a phony. But instead you should learn which one is real because if you know very well which one is authentic you'll have an easier time figuring out the ones that are not. It's the same thing with people. We should find out who are real friends are, so that we can avoid the ones who are just posting as such.

We are all too blessed to be stressed!

We are all too blessed to be stressed!

This time of year is super stressful. Christmas and everything that comes with it is bearing down on you,  life can get super overwhelming!
Stress can consume our lives. It can make us forget about the joy that lies throughout our day.  Even the biggest blessings can get overlooked, because stress consumes our thoughts, actions, and outlook on life.

Have you ever been in a situation where you didn’t even realize something great happening in your life, because you were too busy stressing?   Small blessings can have a huge impact, even though they might seem minimal.  Every time something like this happens it’s God’s way of saying, “I’ve got your back.”

Challenge yourself to thank God more for the blessings he has put in your life rather than stress out about anything. There’s nothing on this earth that can override God’s blessings.

You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul. ~ Swami Vivekananda #NotetoYourself

You never truly know someone until you have walked on their shoes.

Even when it hurts, never stop yourself from living,...

Sometimes life can be very painful. It gets complicated at the worst of times, and sometimes you have no idea where to go or what to do. Lots of times people just let themselves get lost. But that’s why we have to keep trying. We have to push through all that hurts us, work past all our painful memories. Because sometimes the things that hurt us are the things that make us strongest. A life without experience, in my opinion, is no life at all. And  most of all ... Don't be ashamed to weep; it's right to grieve. Tears are only water, and flowers, trees, and fruit cannot grow without water. But there must be sunlight also. A wounded heart will heal in time, and when it does, the memory and love of our lost ones is sealed inside to comfort us.

And that’s why I tell everyone that, even when it hurts, never stop yourself from living, from loving, from hoping and dreaming. You deserve it.

Experiencing Memorable Moments

THERE YOU HAVE IT...and remember, #lifeIsGood.

"Just Let It Go", Be proud and celebrate!

We have heard many times people saying "Just let it go", then we are feeling compelled to do so but we realize later on that we never let go that moment. An argument, a loss, emotional pain can change us to a big extent, though we shouldn't focus only on the experience gained out of the situation but the emotions involved too. Letting a situation go means that we have healed our emotional state enough to move on. When an incident is fairly new, we need our time to adapt to what happened and focus on the emotional trauma. It may take days or even months but the most important for us is to focus on our daily improvement, these essential baby steps that need to be made. Also, even if we feel a year later or so that we are not completely healed, we should definitely revisit the situation and the pain involved. This is not a weakness but awareness of our feelings, a good reminder of how much progress we did and how much more we can do so as to have a successful healing.

There are no rules on how much time we need to heal except one; never trap ourselves on the emotional pain without trying to work on it. We need to be brave, strong, determined but mostly caring for ourselves. Healing is not an easy process and it will never be. Whoever said that they solved their problems in one day, then the only thing we can expect is that they covered it with some mud and let it rot under. Look at yourself in the mirror today and give the most warm smile ever. You are a warrior, an honored fighter who deserves everything good in this world. You came this far and look at you, you are stronger than ever. Be proud and celebrate!

Give your stress wings and let it Fly away

We all get stressed out every now and then, and that’s totally normal, as long as you don’t let stress cloud your well-being. Sometimes I feel like throwing in the towel, but then I would have more laundry.

Let that sun shine inside of you, appreciate your busy times, and know that each and every step inches you closer to greatness. Within you is the strength to meet life’s challenges. You are stronger than you think, remember to stand tall.

Every challenge in your life helps you to grow. Every problem you encounter strengthens your mind and your soul. Every trouble you overcome increases your understanding of life. When all your troubles weigh heavily on your shoulders, remember that beneath the burden you can stand tall... Because you are never given more than you can handle.

Be Strong...

We Gotta Learn to Move On...

For people with problems in life, If it hurts , don't let it linger. Get over it as soon as possible because every moment, every opportunity, every minute that you waste feeling bad, could be spent on new experiences you'll enjoy that'll make you happy. It's a lot better to spend time on things that makes us happy, things that give us joy than spend time remembering the times when we were crying because we were hurt. Let's not waste any precious time.

As the kids of today would always say,  we gotta learn to move on...

“A Gift for You ( A NOTE TO MYSELF )
I send you...
The gift of a letter from your wise self.
This is the part of you that sees you with benevolent,
loving eyes. You find this letter in a thick envelope with
your name on it, and the word YES written boldly above your name.

My Dear,
I am writing this to remind you of your 'essence beauty.' This is the part of you that has nothing to do with age, occupation, weight, history, or pain. This is the soft, untouched, indelible you. You can love yourself in this moment, no matter what you have, or haven't done or been.
See past any masks, devices, or inventions that obscure your essence.
Remember your true purpose, WHICH is only #Love.
If you cannot see or feel love, lie down now and cry; it will cleanse your vision and free your heart.
I love you; I am you.” ~ Shared Lhynn
