If you love what you do and your mind is clear and focused everything will be smooth flowing. When there are bumps in the road we tend to blame the editor, the system, the this ... or that, but it actually means we are not in alignment and we should focus on being so before continuing further. When everything flows joyfully like a cruise and you can do a lot more in the time available its amazing.

Repeat it until you believe it! If you have to say it through tears the first twenty times that is ok. Feel where in your body you feel heaviness, constriction, tension, anxious or have a stomach ache when you say it. Then visualize pure white light with sparkles of every color from the Creator flowing into that area and see it releasing the pain, emotion or whatever is restricting the energy flow. Say your affirmation over and over. Feel the words. Momentum and conviction will start to build to where you begin to say, " I AM worthy... I am worthy because I am! I am worthy of abundance, or I am worthy of financial security, or I am worthy of support, or I am worthy of respect, or I am worthy of joy, or I am worthy of peace, or I am worthy of love!" It's up to you. You might also find yourself saying it like: " I am worthy of having supportive friends, I am worthy of feeling peaceful within, I am worthy of having many people who love me, I am worthy of having a loving, loyal mate, I am worthy of having work that I enjoy and being paid well for it." Etc. What comes to your mind when you say it? Does someone come to your mind when you speak the words? Is forgiveness necessary or time to make a change, release an emotion that you have been hanging on to or move on from something?

There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren’t the way you had hoped they would be. That’s when you have to tell yourself that things will get better. There are times when people disappoint you and let you down. But those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself. There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them. Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are. So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be. Because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.

A certain man planted a rose and watered it faithfully
 and before it blossomed, he examined it.

He saw the bud that would soon blossom, but noticed thorns
 upon the stem and he thought, "How can any beautiful flower
 come from a plant burdened with so many sharp thorns?
 Saddened by this thought, he neglected to water the rose,
 and just before it was ready to bloom... it died.
 
So it is with many people. Within every soul there
 is a rose. The God-like qualities planted in us at birth,
 grow amid the thorns of our faults. Many of us look at
 ourselves and see only the thorns, the defects.

 We despair, thinking that nothing good can possibly come
 from us. We neglect to water the good within us, and
 eventually it dies. We never realize our potential.
 Some people do not see the rose within themselves;
 someone else must show it to them. One of the greatest
 gifts a person can possess is to be able to reach past
 the thorns of another, and find the rose within them.
 
This is one of the characteristic of love... to look
 at a person, know their true faults and accepting that
 person into your life... all the while recognizing
 the nobility in their soul. Help others to realize
 they can overcome their faults. If we show them
 the "rose" within themselves, they will conquer their
 thorns. Only then will they blossom many times over.

What defines a best friend? What are the requirements to be a good best friend? How many hours a week does it entail? Stupid questions that have no answers. A best friend is not defined by how many times they talk on the phone, or how many ...hours they hang out together. It is not defined by how many sleepovers they gossip at, or how many inside jokes they have. There are no requirements or laws that state a good best friend must hang out with them every weekend, or tell each other every little detail. A best friend is a matter of opinion. It is the person who has been there for you through everything, not just through the fun things, or the little things.
