We all get stressed out every now and then, and that’s totally normal, as long as you don’t let stress cloud your well-being. Sometimes I feel like throwing in the towel, but then I would have more laundry.

Every challenge in your life helps you to grow. Every problem you encounter strengthens your mind and your soul. Every trouble you overcome increases your understanding of life. We Gotta Learn to Move On...

For people with problems in life, If it hurts , don't let it linger. Get over it as soon as possible because every moment, every opportunity, every minute that you waste feeling bad, could be spent on new experiences you'll enjoy that'll make you happy. It's a lot better to spend time on things that makes us happy, things that give us joy than spend time remembering the times when we were crying because we were hurt. Let's not waste any precious time.

As the kids of today would always say,  we gotta learn to move on...
